VILLA MARIJA has three standard apartments with one double bedroom and one luxury apartment with two double bedrooms. These very pleasent apartments are equally suitable for a single person who appreciates comfort and lots of space, for couples and small families who are seeking for a nice holiday stay in a spacious apartment.
APARTMENT STANDARD (47m²)
It is possible to choose between the apartment on the ground floor (APARTMENT 1), on the first floor (APARTMENT 2) and on the second floor (APARTMENT 3).
Each apartment has a great seaview from the bedroom and living room, and it just invites you to step out to the big balcony to take a moment and to enjoy the fresh sea air spiced with mediterranean vegetation.
The bedroom has a large Queen bed (160x200cm), a wardrobe, bedside table and one mirror table. A pull-out couchbed is in the living room.
Linen and towels are provided at the beginning of the stay and fresh linen and towels are provided free of charge once a week for stay longer then a week.
The large bathroom has a shower and hair dryer.
All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen and dinning area, refrigerator, water heater and coffee machine – there is everything you need for self preparing meals.
All apartments have been equipped with air-conditioning and satellite TV, to suit your every need.
We provide internet connection over WI-FI. Apartment 3 has movable sunshade on the balcony.
Each apartment has one free parking space on the open parking place and seperate locked entrance to the apartments.
For you convenience, check.-in is after 1 pm, and check-out is before 10 am. Quiet times are from 11 pm to 7 am (22.00-07.00h).
